You can as well spend the evening in a city tour around Entebbe town as your driver guide explains the history and significance of Entebbe town in Uganda, still optional. You may choose to stay at the hotel resting as you prepare to travel to Bwindi next day.

From the morning breakfast at 6:00 am, checkout immediately and start the long drive to Bwindi impenetrable National Park. Bwindi is the home of the largest population of mountain gorillas in the great ape region of the world. It’s an ancient forest that houses this vulnerable species and many other wild game both big and small. You have several eye catching sights to look at during this sights-filled journey, please call your camera if you have it. Your lunch is served en-route, the park is reached late evening.

After an early morning breakfast (5:50am), join the drive to park headquarters for briefing. You then follow the range guide to take the first step of your long-awaited for trekking expedition. The activity may take between 6-8 hours of searching or sometimes even less on a lucky day. Remember its rainy season and you should carry a rain coat and all appropriate tools as we advised early before actual trekking. You will see different forest game from birds to primates, you may even see the rare giant forest hog and forest buffaloes and elephants when chance presents. We advise you to listen to your guide, don’t prove to be any wiser than them, you could get badly injured on your great day. Anyways after your magical hour with the gorilla family you chose, return to the lodge for relaxation. In the evening you will entertained by a rhythmic cultural performance from a thrilling cultural group

Its morning and you have probably had your breakfast and now it’s time to visit the other inhabitants of the ancient forest. They are believed to have a history as old as the forest itself. One could say that they are the true inhabitants of the land because history recalls that most Ugandan tribes are migrant settlers. You’ll be entertained by their cultural performances and take excellent photos with them. Later return to the lodge for lunch and rest. In the late afternoon join the biking experience through the hills of Bwindi.

Serve breakfast and head on for an engrossing community walk. You are visiting a nearby community today (the beneficiaries of Bwindi Impenetrable Forest National park.) You will look at their way of life, schools and how they are participating in tourism-related businesses. You can buy an item or two to support the local women who do craftwork. Later, then return to the lodge for lunch and pack, checkout and leave for Queen Elizabeth National Park.

Serve your breakfast and then join the game drive around the park. During the game drive you see climbing lions of Ishasha, buffaloes, hippos, elephants and Uganda Kobs. You also see several birds both perching birds and birds of prey. The game drive ends with a visit to the explosion craters – also found in the park. Take unique photos. Return to lodge for lunch and rest.

Serve breakfast and drive to the dock point to catch up with the morning boat cruise. The sights-filled boat cruise takes place along the Kazinga channel. And it’s in these waters that you meet the hippo in their natural habitat. The buffaloes and elephants come here to drink and bathe. The crocodiles cool off along the sandy shores and a multitude of water-birds both big and small attend the long shore to busk and breed. Take some of the greatest African wildlife safari photos during the activity.

Wake up to a taste breakfast and after checkout of the lodge, join the scenic drive to Fort Portal town. In the afternoon, you reach fort portal and serve lunch and after check in the lodge. Later tour around the beautiful town, visit some craft shops to buy a few souvenirs.

You drive to Amabere ga nyinamwiru culture to listen to the mythic history of the Batooro, and then hike atop the hill for crater viewing. Retire for the return drive to Kampala. You may visit Entanda cultural site en-route (optional activity) or simply drive straight to town.
