Refunds Policy

At Discover Sipi, we strive to provide an exceptional online tour payment experience. However, we understand that sometimes plans change. This refund policy outlines the terms and conditions under which refunds will be granted.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

  1. Cancellation by Customer
  • More than 30 Days Before Tour Date: Full refund of the tour fee.
  • 15-20 Days Before Tour Date: 50% refund of the tour fee.
  • Less than 15 Days Before Tour Date: No refund will be issued.
  1. Cancellation by Discover Sipi
  • In the rare event that Discover Sipi needs to cancel a tour, customers will receive a full refund of the tour fee or the option to reschedule for another date without any additional cost.

Refund Process

  • Refund requests must be submitted in writing via email to hello@discover-sipi.com.
  • Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days of the request being approved.
  • Refunds will be issued using the same method of payment as the original purchase.

Rescheduling

  • Customers may request to reschedule their tour at no additional cost if the request is made more than 15 days before the original tour date.
  • Rescheduling requests made less than 15 days before the tour date will be subject to a 20% rescheduling fee.

Non-Refundable Fees

  • Any third-party fees such as payment processing fees are non-refundable.
  • Gift cards and promotional vouchers are non-refundable and non-transferable.

Exceptions

  • Refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis for extraordinary circumstances such as medical emergencies or natural disasters. Documentation may be required.
